To ensure that your poster follows our guidelines, please use the provided template.
The poster must be submitted by the corresponding author from an e-mail identical to the
e-mail provided during registration. The corresponding author must be a participant in the conference.

The standard conference fee covers coffee breaks, welcome package, lunch, evening event, gala dinner, and social event.
The fee does not cover the accommodation costs.
The online conference fee covers only the operating costs of the organization of the event.
Rates in Polish zlotys PLN are only for Polish participants.

The opportunity to publish is available only to participants who have registered for the conference by completing the registration form. Within the framework of the conference, we offer the possibility to publish your paper (subject to positive peer reviews and manuscript acceptance) in the following journals:

Join Us at Building H14: The Conference Location

We are pleased to announce that the conference will take place on October, 14-16, 2025 in building H14 at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. 

The location of the university is easily accessible from all parts of Poland and Europe, making it an ideal venue for our conference. There are also numerous hotels, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance of the university, providing plenty of opportunities for our attendees to explore the city during their stay.

We look forward to welcoming all conference attendees to the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology and building H14 for what promises to be an engaging and informative event.
