To ensure that your poster follows our guidelines, please use the provided template.
The poster must be submitted by the corresponding author from an e-mail identical to the
e-mail provided during registration. The corresponding author must be a participant in the conference.

Conference fee (tax included)

ONSITE PARTICIPATION

early bird participant registration – 600 PLN/130 EUR

regular participant registration – 900 PLN/200 EUR

ONLINE PARTICIPATION

early bird participant registration – 300 PLN/65 EUR

regular participant registration – 450 PLN/100 EUR

The standard conference fee covers coffee breaks, welcome package, lunch, evening event, gala dinner, and social event.
The fee does not cover the accommodation costs.
The online conference fee covers only the operating costs of the organization of the event.
Rates in Polish zlotys PLN are only for Polish participants.

We offer the opportunity to publish your paper in the Civil and Environmental Engineering Reports. Publication is free of charge. Each participant can be a co-author in up to two different articles. The possibility to publish a paper is only for those who have filled in the registration form.

Join Us at Building H14: The Conference Location

We are pleased to announce that the conference will take place on October, 23-25, 2024 in building H14 at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology.

The location of the university is easily accessible from all parts of Poland and Europe, making it an ideal venue for our conference. There are also numerous hotels, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance of the university, providing plenty of opportunities for our attendees to explore the city during their stay.

We look forward to welcoming all conference attendees to the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology and building H14 for what promises to be an engaging and informative event.
